Fiber instalation canceled

I paid SADV for fiber instalation at my house, and they send me order number and VR number by but problem come when I contact Vuma, asking for installation date, they say my installation was canceled I don't know why, it's been 2 weeks now, I tryd to contact agents looking for assistance, but I never received any confirmation of what's going on till now, please can someone assist me on this, I need to know what's going on, me.. If they can't do the installation at list they must bring my money back.
