Call centre agents can't read from their computers and give honest answers. Called today for a follow up on a delivery. Was told order was cancelled without a reason on system. Yet MTN store gave me an answer only to prove that REWARDSCO is full off HOGWASH. Ppl, please don't take calls from this company as they can't answer queries.
