TELECOM OPTIONS - A CON-ARTIST OPERATION WITH ZERO CUSTOMER CARE

We have been dealing with a salesman Eddie for the last 3 weeks trying to resolve a con artist job, Eddie approached us wanting to sell us Fibre internet, instead we are tied into a 5 year contract with a 15% escalation for an unnecessary phone and UPS system for the phones. STILL NO FIBRE, I can never get a hold of any level of management to discuss the problem. 3 appointments have been with Eddie. The 1st appointment he didn't bother to arrive to or call to cancel or reschedule, the second appointment was set when i made contact with him later that day to ask where he was. In our second meeting he acknowledged that Telecom Options are not a Fibre service provider of any kinds and that they solely do telecommunication hardware.

(Even his technician who was sent to fix the FAULTY EQUIPMENT confirmed to me that they only do HARDWARE and that Eddie should not have **** to us when he met with us.)

He also acknowledged that the contracts he made us sign were not signed correctly in front of us, he witnessed them, dated them and placed them when he got back to the office, hence a breach of contract law. The 3rd appointment i was called at 8:50 and told that he would be 10-15 minutes late for our 9am meeting as he was stuck in traffic, eventually at 10:30 after numerous attempts to contact him he apologized for missing our appointment again. I told him that i was not interested in another meeting and verbally told him that i want the contract cancelled and the equipment removed, he said he would arrange for MANAGEMENT to contact me and let me know when the hardware would be removed. I am still waiting for either of those things to happen.

Telecom Options only responded almost a week later to my cancellation mail on the 7th of December to say MANAGEMENT IS AGAIN NOT AVAILABLE AND WOULD ONLY BE AVAILABLE AGAIN IN JANUARY 2019.

When i called his office they confirmed verbally that the contract was cancelled and that we were not responsible for any payments.

Now we are being threatened with legal action by a 3rd party financing house, ( whose involvement was never explained to us in the first place) to continue paying for a product and service that we were misrepresented on and we are forced to pay for INCOMPETENCE.

A contract that is set out FOR A 5 YEAR TERM WITH A 15% ANNUAL ESCALATION, when i queried the 15% escalation i was told it was to cover inflation, inflation hasn't breached 6% in years!!!!!!!
