Sets the standards for being the worst

Telecom Namibia is really bad, from getting signal, customer care and their data packages and how it works. If you purchase Jiva data its valid for 30/31 days and you can't buy again until the 31 days expire which seems to be the stupidest idea where as in other networks it just renews the expiry from when you buy it to 31 days there after. You can't really check your balance either, can send a blank sms to 124 and it works sometimes and doesn't most of the times. Truly the worst network in Namibia.
