Worse company with horrible customer service

I have been in bussiness for 7 years managing a medical practice in Springbok. I would not recommend any bussiness a rural area to use this company. The treat rural clients like second hand bussiness. Their customer services are very poor. I am struggling for almost 2 months now to get my one line resolved. They quoted me R8606 for a technician to come out to resolve a problem not caused by our bussiness. Stay away from this company.
