website hosting terminated

My account was suspended and my website shut down for no reason. They basically took my money and didn't provide the hosting service that I had paid for. I don't really know why. I think they're just really *********** at bookkeeping and account management and a bit too trigger happy when it come to shutting down their customer's websites and rather poor at communications.
