Cheap High Performance VPS
I have a VPS with Telasera since December 2017 and have not had any issues that I can recall, their VPS' are cheap, have very good performance and exceptional uptime (I don't recall the VPS ever being down).
The couple of times I did contact support they were very quick to respond and resolve any issue I had professionally.
If you're in the market for a VPS I will personally recommend Telasera.

12:05:59 up 404 days, 11:55, 1 user, load average: 0.40, 0.43, 0.51
With all I have running on this server I am surprised the load is so low.
