Not confident in the business

I am not confident in this business. When we brought in our VW Polo for insurance repair assessment, I noticed that they did not have the sign "VW approved" on their wall. When I asked them about it, I was told that they are approved by them, they just had not gotten round to putting the sign up. Our insurance company has now advised us that they are not VW approved repairers. This is annoying as we have lost time waiting 3 days for a quotation when we could have gotten it right the first time round.

The quotation Tekton provided has left me puzzled. Although I am not a mechanic, they have quoted replacing parts such as both headlamps which are undamaged and in perfect working order and painting panels and doors which to my admittedly untrained eye seem in order. I would suggest checking their quotation.
