Great understanding of customer care and service

I must say that I was impressed with the service I have received from Tekton in Wynberg over the past month and a half. I was very skeptical due to bad reviews after my accident took place, but the owner Malcolm was very kind enough to reassure my concerns by explaining the repairing process step-by-step in person. They also went an extra mile to assist with a courtesy car for a few days before I could collect. My car has been completely fixed, only with two minor issues that Tekton has scheduled to fix next week with no charge. Overall I am happy with my car as well as the service.
