Service outside office hours ! Priceless !
Good service from Kobus with a rush order. He went out of the way to have the IBM part delivered to our technician on site at the data centre on a Sunday! That was priceless service though it came at a high premium.
We have just finished with our DR and we are online again. Thank you guys. Will make use of you guys again.
