No response or delivery of items

I order a product on the 28 march 2022, I sent a follow-up mail on the 9th of April to which Thinus responded: "Apologies for the delay in having your order shipped out to you yet. You should receive it on Monday and will be delivered to your address by the Courier Guy service. We had some issues with our SAP warehouse system but now its sorted. We could neither capture new shipments or schedule dispatches for the last few days. This backlog is being cleared and normal service should resume on Monday, 11th April 2022. I have sent follow-up mails on the 10, 11, 12, 13, 19 of April to which no responses where given.

I sent another mail on the 20th of Apr to which Thinus responded again: “We have finally located the Dell SKU as per your order #101249. Our warehouse team will have it prepared and book a courier fulfillment to your address. Apologies that it has taken a while to get to you. It will be delivered via the Courier Guy to your address.

I have made numerous phone calls of which 2 were only answered by Peter that promised Thinus would call me back and that my delivery would be sent.

Phone calls in April on the 05th 10:15 Peter told me my stock will be sent 08th 15:06 no answer 08th 15:09 no answer 08th 15:10 no answer 08th 15:10 no answer 08th 15:11 no answer 12th 14:19 no answer 12th 14:20 no answer 13th 08:17 No answer 13th 08:18 No answer 12th 14:19 (2 calls) no answer 19th 15:39 Peter promised me Thinus would call me by the end of the day. Did not happen 22nd 16:09 no answer

Rest assured I will be opening a case with SAPS for ***** and theft
