Happy overall experience

When the part we needed was discontinued as EOL, a Tekmart rep. quickly contacted me and arranged for a compatible part at a good price. These were pulls from decommissioned servers. Obviously, since we purchased refurbished drives, only time will tell whether the products are a bad, good or great buy. Assuming that we get at least a good buy, we will be back.

I will likely use the service again in the future.
