Impressed on a rush-order request. We placed an order for some server maintenance parts. It was processed quick and we received it in the morning today, on a weekend. The packaging, the easy way of doing everything in the web, and also, the trust we have developed with Tekmart plus the 1 year warranty they have given as our peace of mind. I'm impressed at quick email response rate and extra short delivery time. I recommend your store for future solutions. Missed some parts from my order but Justin was superfast to rectify the issue; they had sent the wrong items but it was solved and I kept the incorrect one. I like that the staff answer quickly and with detailed information. My fault but didn’t realize that they deal with businesses only. Their accounts department sent the invoice for my order to the company I work for without even asking me anything and without prior notification to me as I used my personal account for the payment. They rectified and was able to get my money paid back to my personal account by my client. Good to deal with...fast delivery turn-around times and good communication. Thank you so much.
