Great shopping experience ! Very easy from purchase to delivery.

This was my first online shopping interaction with tekmart africa. It was very easy to set up an account first time and the ordering and delivery were seamless. Our IBM expander cards and storage cables have worked as expected. Again their response times was very quick and a parcel with the items arrived exactly as described on their site ! Glad there is a local supplier who had the exact parts I needed. A plus to get great prices for older equipment that is brand new. The website was easy to navigate. It helps if you have the faulty parts' part number or model. The website search function is easy to use and the product description I got were clear and helpful. Terrence does an excellent job helping you find the parts you need. He saved me from ordering the wrong parts!

Overall a good experience and will get back. I recommend them.
