Great service thank you

This is an excellent shopping site. Their items and prices are ok ! Shipping with safe packaging is fast with excellent parcel and tracking facility. The telephone tech support is also very good. Tekmart stocked a hard to find product and the web store was a pleasure to use and easy to order! They had the legacy SAS hard drives we required for an old IBM Power server we were struggling to get parts for. I however had a little bit of an issue not seeing my drives through the MegaRaid card after receiving my parcel. I called support and they immediately told me what I needed to do and had it resolved. Kobus, the technical guy was spot on ! Their product range is great. The whole process from order to delivery is quick and easy. Their sales staff have always given me very good advice on choosing the right hard drives and other parts for our servers and storages. Just a great experience. I hope all their customers experience the same and this was not just our experience.
