Great after sale service from Douglas, Malawi.
The storage hard drives we bought for our P2000 HP are working perfectly. Thank you Kobus. It has been one month since we put them in production. The only small problem we had was to update the firmware on our storage system. He guided us via zoom and now all is looking ok..
