Good service from Thinus at tekmart.co.za
We purchased some EMC VNX5700 SPS battries for one of our clients in Polokwane. The main supplier in South Africa advised us that we would have had to wait for 3-4 weeks for the units to be shipped from UK. We googled and found Tekmart Africa who fortunately had the units in stock. The guys in technical were very helpful in explaining some questions we had. The only downside is that FedEx shipping was a bit expensive, guess because of the weight and insurance! . All in all it was a good experience and great customer service. Will gladly consider them again.
