Justin did an excellent job in meeting an emergency need we had for a Cisco 3850 dual-port 10G Ethernet Network Module. I needed this network module ASAP, so they arranged the device overnighted to us. We had struggled to get a hand on this specific module. I entered the order late in the day, and they got it couriered and it was delivered the next day. While this is how companies should treat their customers, he went out of the way to make sure that I received the part quicker than I had anticipated. The device is in operation now and functioning without error. That is great customer service and performance.
