Good service although delivery took a longer than the 2 days i was promised.

Hi Tshepiso M. Thank you for the feedback. I'm pleased to hear you had a good experience with your recent order and delivery was a bit late. We use a courier service that has cut-off times for collections from us that we cannot control. A rule of thumb is that any order placed before 10.3am any business day for all major centres will in effect be delivered within 48hours. Your order was placed in the afternoon on Monday and that's why you could only receive it on Thursday. There is also a delay in the last mile delivery depending on the distance of the delivery address address from the major centres.

We have however noted this and will try to up our delivery times in future.
