Good customer service.
Terrence is knowledgeable and very chatty. He went out of the way to help with some explanations I needed before I could make the purchase.. They equipment they shipped was accurate and what we needed. It was timeous and kept us informed all the way; gave us the FedEx tracking number to track online the progress of our parcel to East London. It was a joy to deal with first time. I hope they keep up the customer service at same level for all clients.
