Godd service and even faster delivery from Quinton
I ordered some x3650 m3/m4 server rails Tuesday afternoon and took delivery at 9.30am today- impressive. The courier guy sent a PIN for collection to my cellphone. Good for security that only the owner can take delivery. The rail kits are in great condition, were packaged nicely with extra bubble wrap for protection and came at a good price. The online chat with support personnel was helpful pre-sales . Although refurbished the condition of the rail sets, both inside and out, was pretty much as new. We can now rack our IBM servers during the long weekend braek.

Our support team will always first make sure that the kit is right for your needs. In the event that we do not physically have the specific requested part number, they will validate for you the replacement kit with the substitute part number(s). This is to make sure that what you get will be the correct fit-for-purpose option for your setup.
On the issue of a PIN being sent to your mobile phone, well, this is a security measure that we insist our delivery partners must have for us to entrust them with fulfilling our orders. It makes sure that the order gets to the right client ONLY.
