Fast service and good communication from Kobus, enterprise support desk

We have been ordering parts and servers from Tekmart several times, They are always attentive and courteous every time. I have been wondering why they have mostly 5 star rating. My interactions with their sales and support teams have only been good experiences,

Today, Kobus, from support has made my day. He has helped us set a Dell PS4210 Equallogic SAN storage array at a client telephonically even though we did not initially buy the unit from them. That is what I call confidence. Supporting an out of warranty unit that even Dell themselves were not prepared to ! The unit is live and in production now. Thank you very much.
