Excellent customer support
Server drives fail unexpectedly and local OEM suppliers do not always carry the replacement drives necessary. Many of the server vendors require several days to ship drives. Tekmart Africa have them in stock and ships same day overnight via FedEx Express.
They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thinus and Terrence were great. Justin from sales went the extra mile by calling me to recommend a less expensive, higher quality and capacity SSD than the one I selected online. Excellent !
