Business unusual. What a service! Thanks Kobus
Thank you guys. We are back online. This is a note to commend the technical team at Tekmart Africa, especially Kobus who assisted when we had multiple failed drives in our EMC storage system at our data center today . He assisted with the correct replacement part. And just to make it easier for us, he arranged for a driver to bring us replacement drives. That's confidence in what he did if you ask me. I'm blown away with such service being the first time dealing with them.
Th rebuild has just completed. Everything seems ok.
