Great experience from the Tekmart Africa team. Had a good service from Justin of their Customer Care team today. We needed some server spares for two of our servers that had almost run their mile. Fujitsu told us the parts were no longer available for purchase and no-one would have them in stock. Surprise surprise a colleague told me to call them and the call was answered almost immediately. Justin was patient and guided me in selecting the parts we required. These guys have a pretty good knowledge of server parts. They had most of them in stock! For the raid controllers we needed, we were able to get some compatibles that he assured me would work with our server.

The ordering was effortless and had the items shipped this afternoon ! We have just completed the installation and everything has worked fine. Thank you again to everybody in the team we will use you again.
