Amazing weekend customer service. Give that man Terrence a Bells!!
Sweet surprise from a tech company. Placed an online order in the afternoon, Sunday nogal and to my surprise, a tracking number already and confirmation that it will be delivered in the morning !. I thought all technology companies give empty promises.
Hope it arrives in the morning. For now i'm glad i will receive my order in the morning. Their remote sales people to respond on a Sunday is amazing.

As promised, I can reveal that i got my parcel via FedEx couriers at 11h17 this morning. Was a bit late but nevertheless happy. They kept to their word. Thank you.
