Worst purchase I have ever made!

How do we get Ted's Home Store to be accountable for what they're doing to unsuspecting customers? It almost seems like the business is boarderline ********, ********s posing as a respectable furniture store. The issues I have (pathetic quality of sofa sold under the pretence of being indestructable, and basically no after sales support when they do start to peel and break) echoes what everyone else here is reporting back on the unfortunate mistake of purchasing sofas from any one of their stores. I think we should get Wendy Knowler on their case, to at least try and prevent others from wasting large sums of their hard earned money.
