It seems as if all the complaints are the same poor quality and no effort from them to help. We Purchased a lounge suit from this store INDESTRUCTIBLE fabric !!!! The lounge suit is JUST over 3 years old and the fabric is Peeling !!!! On contacting them - we will repair at you expense - same old story. What was supposed to be a milestone of actually owning a brand new lounge suite is now just a sad thing. They should be ashamed !!!!
