We Purchased a lounge suit from this store in January 2017, we paid R20 000.00 for what we were told by THEIR sales person is an INDESTRUCTIBLE fabric !!!! The lounge suit is JUST over 3 years old and the fabric is Peeling !!!! On contacting them I was told we would have to pay R4000.00 to have it repaired !!!! and NO GUARANTEE would be given on the repair !!!!! One cannot get ANYONE from this place to talk to you on the phone !!! they ONLY communicate via e-mail or Whatsapp !!!!! HOW RIDICULOUS !!!!!! This was the THIRD suite due too the first two breaking within the FIRST FEW MONTHS !!!!! DON'T SPENT YOU HARD EARNED CASH AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
