Ted's Homestore, Poor Quality Lounge Suites and misleading staff

<p>In 2015 I heard an add on ERC regarding a genuine leather upper lounge suite with 5 recliners for R14 000. When I visited the Springfield branch the sales lady convinced me the full Genuine leather at R18 000 was the better option. I did not know I was being sold leather air which starting peeling off in less then two years. I bascially forked out R18 000 for ****. The buyer at Ted's now informs me that they are puchasing better quality leather air so basically I was fooled in buying poor quality suit believing that it was genuine leather. They cannot assist me in converting the suite into full genuine leather and their solution is to give me the detailes of a repairer. So I am stucked with a peeling lounge suite which cost me R18 000. Please don't be a fool like me and don't fall for the ERC adds, just stay away from Ted's Homestore.</p>
