Ted Home Store - Customer Service Is Lacking!!!!!!

In early March 2023, I visited the branch in Cornubia to purchase a lounge set. I purchased a 3 seater, 2 seater and a 1 seater recliner I opted for master guard treatment all totalling R 18 550.00 with delivery. WHICH I PAID CASH. The sales person Moses was very pleasant to deal with and up until that point all was well. Delivery took place to on the 18 March 2023. (Saturday). For the rest of the weekend no one was home to enjoy the new set. As the days passed I commented that the colour of the recline was dull and the back rest not as firm as the 3 and 2 seater. But pushed it to the back of mine. On the 29 March 2023 I realised that indeed something was wrong in comparison to the workmanship to the 3 and 2 seater. On the 6 of April 2023, I noticed a very visible lump on the seat cushion of the recliner. This disturbed me as it was not even a month old. Given that it was the long Easter weekend, I decided to contact the store on Tuesday 11 April 2023. After speaking with Natasha from customer service I proceeded to send her my invoices and masterguard warranty pictures of the recliner and a video I also included comparative picture so the 2 and 3 seater which were in immaculate condition. On Friday 14 April 2023, she advised that the recliner will be collected. I then asked when would the new recliner be delivered? Her feedback noted that I would not receive a new recliner that it would be repaired and returned to me. I am not impressed . The recliner looks like a second used piece of furniture when compared with the other pieces in the set. But to be told it would be repaired makes me feel as if I have done some thing wrong to warrant a repair from Grafton Everest the product supplier is assisting me to repair it. I have done nothing wrong. The recliner has not been used due to it's unsightly appearance in my living room. I would like the 1 seater recliner to be replaced by a new unit which looks like Grafton Everest actually takes pride in their workman ship and not provide me with something that looks used! Masterguard treatment to be included. I selected a Grafton Everest lounge set as the name is associated with quality and was willing to pay for this quality but now I feel I overpaid for something that does not reflect quality and good lasting workmanship Suring returning the recliner withing the 1st month of receipt will mean I receive a new unit to avoid any further issues which my arise from quality!
