Poor service delivery

I purchased a lounge suit leather air from Ted's at malvern in 2016 The leather is peeling off also stitches are cummin out I called reds in December last year and said since suppliers closed they will attend to my problem in January To date I'm still waiting yet it costed me R25000 and the lounge suite doesn't look gud at all
