Pathetic service and poor product quality

I purchased their recliner set in 2015 and paid R18300 and 2 years later their so cold leather uppers started to open up.In 2017 they came and tried to do a patch up job and refused to replace the unit .A year later it reopened. This year they quote R13500 to re upholster it. This is ****************
