Pathetic customer service

I ordered sofa's awhile ago and made the final payment on 11/08/2021 I always sent my mother to make payments, we were told the delivery will be made after a day as stock is at warehouse. I then received a call stating they can't deliver due to the but Friday all will be sorted, I called Friday and was told it's coming later that day as a late delivery. They never deliver after telling the rude ill-mannered salesman surname Dlamini at the Amanzimtoti branch that I have arranged to remove the old furniture even now it's removed, he called this morning to deliver and still has not delivered. He called and due to poor reception here he did not hear me over the phone and called again when I was able to hear him he then raised his voice at me saying I never answer my phone, each time I try to speak to him he never gave me a chance to speak I even told him that, he lacks customer service and most of all telephone manners. He does nothing care about customers he is very *********** none apologetic stupid fool. It's gone after 1pm we are sitting on benches where as the order is fully paid for and we were charged R400 for delivery which I would like to have back and I would really be happy if you could hear the calls the way he spoke to me as if I was the one who FAILED DISMALLY to deliver.
