I bought a brand new Feline corner Grey fabric suite for R31, 200 cash at Ted's store in Springfield park Durban.. Only to find bugs on the lounge suite, I called on many occasions to report it but no help at all, I was told to clean my lounge suite. I have never had a bug in my home until I bought the lounge suite. The lady that took my call had attitude n was rude, I wanted to find out how do I report this matter I mean R31, 200 is not small money.. Their email address is ***. Thanks
