lounge set peeling

Purchased lounge set in Jan 2015 in sep it started to peel called branch and becoz still under warranty they picked up set for re dyeing it's now Jan 2016 and still nt happy with my set or the service received. Set went back & back with the same issue of peeling and during the times its being sent the delivery team have damage set more with corners being grazed
