Leather or NOT

Purchased a leather lounge suit approx 12 years ago. 6 years later the leather tore. Excuses we're made about the leather. We paid to have I it reupholstered with genuine leather. It tore again. Teds take no responsibility. We have an accredited leather dealer advise that bonded leather was used the 2nd time. Will never purchase from Teds ever again.

Customer service is poor and excuses are made for sales staff and managers no longer with the company.
