Genuine Leather lounge suite pealing

<p>3 years ago I purchased a genuine leather lounge suite from Teds Home Store in Springfield Park. Recently the leather started to peal off. I phoned the store and was told to email pictures of the lounge suite ,which I did. Customer care got back to me and told me that the cost to recover the lounge suite would be R12 500 of which I have to pay R6000. I find this unacceptable because it is supposed to be genuine leather and this shouldn't happen since genuine leather is a guarantee for lifetime. They also advertise for products that say will provide long lasting comfort and support. </p>
