DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT TEDS.

Teds in Malvern deserve a zero!!!They have a customer service officer that needs to be trained on customer service and work ethics!They sold us a so-called "genuine leather" lounge suite only to find that the leather started to peel after 2 years. After calling them several times they fetched the lounge suite and gave us someone elses(as an error). They fetched our lounge suite 5 times but each time it came back it was worse off. They now conveniently lost my documents and they have no trace of the repairs.What a waste of Money. I wish someone could have warned me. My advice to potential buyers, DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT TEDS. They don't keep to service agreements.
