Disgraceful customer service and terrible quality goods

<div>As many other reviewers have posted I too have had a miserable experience with ted's homes store bought a supposedly genuine leather lounge suite which was what we were told in store by the sales person who is now retired he even brought a piece of the leather and a scissors for us to try and cut through to convince us before the sale he went even further to say that we do not need to use anything on the couches to clean or care for it besides a dry cloth to wipe off dust. We purchased the suite 4 years ago for R24000 and have had the same experience of the couches peeling we hardly ever sit in the lounge or entertain guests and have no kids at home however was told by ***** at customer complaints that she cannot assume how we have treated the couches under our care got ***** email address sent him our complaint to which he responded over a week later after I sent a follow up email basically begging for a response and again was told sorry 1 year warranty so basically we have to buy absolutey inferior quality goods and pay a huge sum of money just to be ignored when the product flakes and peels. I cannot believe that they are still in business with the amount of complaints that I have read here. Is there anything that we can do to get some sort of assistance with our issues because it seems as if we just have to accept our losses and move on with life after this horrific experience.&nbsp;</div>
