Defective Couch - Ted's Home Store

Pathetic customer service from Ted's Home Store. Reported numerous faults on a lounge suite still within the guarantee period and am being told that I need to pay for an internal assessment fee. Upon querying this, there is no response on email or via a store visit as their customer support manager is in Pinetown. Tried calling Nitasha on her office line but she's never available. Absolutely disgusting after sales service. Will never recommend this store to anyone. Rather purchase brands at other stores for the same price.
