Damaged lounge set not attended to as agreed

Store was contacted. Spoke to managers on several occasions namely Ravi Gounden. Promised to order leather in March at a co payment of R8000. To date lounge set not repaired. Refered to Ashley who also failed to sort out problem despite promises to do so
