Bad Quality Products / False Advertising

So I purchased a \genuine leather\" (as advertised) Madison Lounge suite from the Toti branch 2 years ago. For the first year it was hardly used at all yet the colour had started to peel, the \"leather\" is so soft, as if it is going to tear. I complained and was transferred to Ravi who advised me that all records of my sales were lost (BS) as he did not want to take responsibility. I was told that they would collect it and re-dye it. I feel that is unacceptable as the problem is going to continue. I was informed that because they use subcontractors, they cannot give me a time of when they could collect. At 7:30pm one evening guys rock at my home while I am putting my baby to sleep, that is ridiculous. I have not had anyone contact me again. I own other leather furniture pieces form other stores and after many many years have never had a problem with colour fading / peeling, cheep quality, and such bad customer service. After spending R22,000.00 thinking I am buying something that is quality, I am now sitting with a problem. I will NEVER recommend Teds to anyone as their products and service is pathetic and their products are all falsely advertise. THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT URGENTLY"
