Bad quality lounge suites

<div>I bought a leather air fabric lounge suite in 2017 for R20 000 and was told by the sales assistant that the material does not fray , tear or peel and is infact the most comfortable for summer. She even went as far as ripping on a sample with a scissor to prove this. Since last year my lounge Suite has been peeling, cushions are completely gone the springs are now popping up and some of the seats are collapsing. When I put in a complaint, I was told the material has no warranty and the structure only has a 1yr warranty. They're only willing to refurbish the suite if it is at my cost. And the cost of it works out to a whole new lounge suite. This company should not be allowed to operate under such false pretenses and at these exuberant prices for the poor quality they offer!!!</div>
