Thank you, Teds home store, for sorting out my complaint. I use my lounge suite every day , I understood that it was wear and tear due to me using it. Thank you to your management and customer care team for explaining to me how this happened and how I can prevent it from happening again. The time frame was really quick. Next time I will defiantly read my guarantee forms to under the item properly.
