2 years Genuine Leather lounge suite torn

Bought genuine leather lounge suite in May 2015 @ Teds Arbor Crossing, asked the lady several times if it's real leather cause i wanted something that will last for years, she confirmed that it's genuine. From last year i have been having problems with this lounge suite ....

Have called them emailed pictures

The last guy i spoke to he said I must pay r9000 for repairs ...

I am so disappointed with them and i will never recommend someone to them ..
