UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER - TECHTRACE

Good Day

For the past two months I have been getting unauthorised debit orders deducted off my bank account from Techtrace. This has only happened since I renewed my cell contract with MTN. I have not authorised any such subscription or debit order to be taken off my bank account. Please can this subscription be cancelled immediately as this is not acceptable.
