Unauthorised Techtrace through Autopage

Good day<br> <br> I was contacted by Autotrace agent that try to sell me their services namely techtrace, hotspotter and phonebox. I told them that I was not interested. The woman just went on and on and assured me that there will not be charges unless I activate the service. They will send me the links and ONLY if I activate it it will be accounted extra on my bill. I deleted the links immediately.<br> <br> This morning I get my Autopage account on which they charged me almost double my usual amount. I would not settle this account because they put me under false impression that if I do not activate the service..<br> It is against the Consumer Act and they ignored my wishes.. If they will listen to the survey, they will hear I said I was not interested. Please help!
