THEFT OR *****?

Since this company doesn't have any contact information, I will address my message here and hope you find it.

I have unsubscribed from your services on 04 December 2019, when I spoke to Nadia via telephone, and she assured me I would only have one more deduction in January and that would be the end of it. When February's deduction came through, I again called your hotline on the 5th February 2020, spoke to Cameron, and he assured me the subscription was cancelled. Now we're in March, and it pains me to see that another deduction has come through. Please note that this message serves as your final written warning to stop the debit orders. If I receive another debit order, I will consult my legal adviser and/or the police to determine whether it is theft or *****, but either way this is becoming ********. I recommend that you escalate this request to whom it may concern.
