*****ING MONEY FROM A PENSIONER!!!!

WHY DONT YOU HAVE A ZERO STAR RATING? THEY DON'T DESERVE A STAR! THE DESERVE A -5 STAR!!!!!!!

I need your help please, my mum does not have money to waste, she is 60 yrs old and doesn't get a pension. She struggles to get by every month. These ******* have been *****ing R43 per month from her for 2 years now. She sent an email and was told they would get back to her. She asked her bank to block it and she gets charged from Nedbank to reverse the transaction and charged R75 each time because there are no funds available.

She put the following message on facebook:

Mara Elizabeth Fourie 22 hrs ago Nedbank: Debit order of R43.00 processed on acc no **0035. Ref: HOTSPOTTERYD- ********** 6-2 . My bank account gets debited for 2 years now for the above that I did not sign for or agreed to. I did contact the company they apologize said they would rectify it and never did. I went to nedbank and reported this and told them this is ********** but they did nothing about. It. Yet Nedbank still lets this debit order get taken off From my account on a monthly basis and because of that, I don't put money into my account which I actually need to put some savings into. Then Nedbank take money from me for the debit order that they send back because of no funds in my account. This HOTSPOTTERYD ***** money from my account. I don't have a cellphone contract. I'm on pay as you go. In other words, I buy my airtime to use! Maybe if I put this on Social Media. This will be sorted!!!!!!!!

I need the details of the company so that I can open a case of ***** and theft against them please. I cant find their details on the net. They are so ****** sneaky!
